HOT SEASON FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 2008-2009

Farfalle (Butterflies)
Teatro d'Piazza o d'Occasione (T.P.O. Company)

In Farfalle, this Italian company employs a spellbinding combination of movement, color, light, and sound to explore nature’s beauties. Dancers and audience members initiate the visual magic on an interactive carpet incorporated with touch-sensors. Plants, caterpillars, and a crescent moon take form in projected landscapes, fostering an appreciation of the artistry and wonder of the planet. Farfalle is a unique, mesmerizing dazzle guaranteed to enchant.
