KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

In response to rising concerns about COVID-19 and due to events beyond our control, TPAC has closed its venues through April 12 and the engagement of The Color Purple scheduled for March 27-29 has been canceled. While under a Tennessee and federal state of emergency, we have determined that continuing with scheduled performances may be dangerous to public health and safety. Closing our venues is the right action. We look forward to welcoming you back to our venues and the best of Broadway in Nashville when we can safely proceed with regular operations. For our full statement, visit TPAC.ORG/PatronHealth.

An email was sent to all ticket holders on March 17, providing the following options:

  • Exchange your tickets to another Broadway show this season.
  • Donate your ticket cost to support TPAC’s nonprofit mission
  • Transfer the ticket value to a TPAC gift certificate to be used for any performance at TPAC.
  • Get a full refund.

If you did not receive that email, please fill out this survey to let us know which option you prefer.

As a nonprofit dedicated to the support and presentation of high-quality arts experiences for all ages, we hope that you will consider donating the value of your tickets for The Color Purple to help sustain and support our mission and allow us to continue bringing the performing arts to our Tennessee communities.

Note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Box Office (in person, by phone, or online). We appreciate your patience as the process may take some time. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding a performance at TPAC.
