KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Due to the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis and efforts to protect the health and safety of patrons, artists, and employees, the engagement of Escape to Margaritaville, scheduled for May 5-10, 2020 has been canceled.
An email was sent to all ticket holders on April 3, providing the following options:
- Transfer the value of your tickets toward season tickets to the 2020-21 Broadway at TPAC season.
- If you are in a position to help TPAC, please consider turning your ticket value into a tax-deductible donation.
- Transfer the ticket value to a TPAC gift certificate to be used for any performance at TPAC.
- Get a full refund.
If you did not receive that email, please fill out this survey to let us know which option you prefer.
Note: Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Box Office. Refunds will be processed within the next 15 business days to the original credit card used for the purchase. If your original card is expired, we will issue a check refund to the address on file within 21 business days. We appreciate your patience as the process may take some time. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding a performance at TPAC.
TPAC is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

Welcome to Margaritaville, where people come to get away from it all – and stay to find something they never expected. With a book by Emmy Award® winner Greg Garcia (My Name is Earl, Raising Hope) and Emmy Award® nominee Mike O’Malley (Survivors Remorse, Shameless) Escape to Margaritaville is the musical comedy featuring both original songs and your most-loved Jimmy Buffett classics, including “Fins,” “Volcano,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” and many more. USA Today calls it “A little slice of paradise!” and Entertainment Weekly raves, “It will knock your flip-flops off!” So don’t let the party start without you.
