KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

From Nashville Repertory Theatre:
To our audiences, patrons, and artists,

Due to the ongoing concerns for your health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nashville Repertory Theatre has decided to postpone our production of Mary Poppins. We are exploring options to bring this show to you in the summer of 2021, but at this time there is no rescheduled date.

The current health crisis is presenting extraordinary challenges to Nashville Rep and virtually all arts organizations in Nashville. Being able to gather and to experience live performance is the heart of what we do. Your ticket purchase and your support will help sustain us as we offer alternative programming this summer and fall and move toward returning to the theatre when it’s safer to do so.

An email was sent to all ticket holders on June 16, providing the following options:

  • Convert your tickets to a tax-deductible donation to Nashville Repertory Theatre.
  • Hold the value of your tickets on account for use during the upcoming season.
  • Get a full refund.
If you did not receive that email, please log in to your TPAC.org account with this link to choose how you would like to return your tickets.

Note: Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Box Office. Refund requests will be processed in the next 10 business days to the original credit card used for the purchase. If the original card is expired, we will issue a check refund to the address on file within 21 business days. We appreciate your patience as the process may take some time. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding a performance at TPAC.

TPAC is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

For more on TPAC’s closure, visit TPAC.ORG/PatronHealth.

Nashville Repertory Theatre presents the magnificent story of the world’s favorite nanny! Mary Poppins flies into the home of the Banks family where young Jane and Michael are in need of both affection and discipline. With the help of Bert and a colorful cast of London characters, Mary Poppins uses magic, adventure, and a spoonful of sugar to teach the entire Banks family to love each other and their supercalifragilisticexpialidocious lives. With new music and classics from the film, this musical adaptation of Disney’s masterpiece is practically perfect in every way!
