Due to the ongoing global health crisis, the Wednesday, January 13, 2021 show on Heather McMahan’s The Farewell Tour at TPAC's James K Polk Theater in Nashville, TN has been postponed with a new date to be announced soon. For tour information, please visit heatherontour.com.
An email was sent to all ticket holders on December 15, 2020, providing them their options.
If you did not receive that email, please use this link to log in to your TPAC.ORG account to let us know how you'd like to proceed. The deadline to respond is January 13, 2021. After this date, any request other than keeping your tickets must be approved by the tour and cannot be guaranteed.
Note: Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Box Office. Refund requests will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within 10 days. If your original card is expired, we will issue a check refund to the address on file. We appreciate your patience as the process may take some time. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding a performance at TPAC.
TPAC is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.
