Available especially for virtual viewing, this imaginative play captures the artistry and humor of the award-winning Australian picture book written by Jackie French and illustrated by Bruce Whatley. Mothball, a mischievous wombat, is tired of eating grass every night. Searching for a new source of food, the marsupial stumbles upon the perfect human neighbours and immediately proceeds to create chaos in their lives. In between a busy schedule of scratching, sleeping, and eating, Mothball discovers that with a little persistence, people are easily trained! Creative puppetry combines with sound effects from a cello to delight young children who are introduced to STEM principles, including gardening and wildlife observation.
