Join us for a Lunchtime Preview of New Dialect’s dance production 21 Yeses. We’ll learn about the show from creator and choreographer Banning Bouldin and view excerpts of the production – all while enjoying a free box lunch provided by Vanderbilt University. A great way to spend your lunchtime!
21 Yeses is a dance of light and void, a theatrical form of sensory perception that soothes and mesmerizes as it awakens audiences into a luminous hyperdream. Combining the practice of contemporary dance with lighting technologies borrowed from the concert industry, choreographer Banning Bouldin (New Dialect) and production designer Michael Brown (Bon Iver) create an experience where motion and light capture and release one another inside the awe of an endless distance.
