Why should I become a season ticket holder?

You’ll be among the first to access the best seats and the best prices for our 2019-20 season. You’ll also continue to enjoy the exclusive benefits and services that are not available to single ticket buyers. New season ticket packages including HAMILTON will be limited and sold on a first come, first served basis.

New packages will be available on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

If I cancel my season ticket package, can I keep my HAMILTON tickets?

No. The only way to secure HAMILTON tickets now is part of a full Broadway at TPAC season ticket package. If you cancel your package, your next opportunity to purchase HAMILTON tickets will be during the single ticket on-sale later this year.

If I cannot attend my HAMILTON performance date and time, can I exchange my tickets?

Exchanges might be available for a limited window but are not guaranteed and may be restricted. We will keep you informed as soon as we know more details.

Can I purchase additional tickets to HAMILTON or other shows in my season ticket package?

Season Show Tickets: Additional tickets can be purchased to season shows once you receive your season tickets in the mail this summer.  If you have your tickets delivered to our TPAC Concierge app, watch your inbox for the date additional tickets are available. Contact us if your e-mail address has changed.

HAMILTON: Additional tickets to HAMILTON will be limited.  If there is availability after the renewal deadline, we will contact our season ticket holders first. Additional tickets are not guaranteed.

When can I purchase tickets to the add-on specials?

Tickets for add-on special shows can be purchased at the same time as your season tickets.

If I miss the renewal deadline, will I be able to renew my seats?

The window to renew your season tickets and guarantee your same seats has passed.  If you would still like to renew, please call patron services at 615-782-6560.

When will I get my season tickets?

Season tickets will be mailed this summer. If you have your tickets delivered to our TPAC Concierge app, your tickets will appear about 12 hours before showtime.

No physical tickets will be issued for HAMILTON prior to performance night. All tickets will be delivered digitally to the TPAC Concierge app or in person at Will Call 90 minutes prior to your performance. The ticket forwarding feature on the TPAC Concierge app will NOT be available for HAMILTON.
