TPAC and Broadway Direct have teamed up to bring the lottery to your fingertips… literally! To make the process more accessible and convenient for you, we are moving to a digital lottery for select shows. Download the TPAC Concierge App and see what you can win today!

A limited number of tickets for select performances will be sold via the TPAC & Broadway Direct Official Digital Lottery.

Download the TPAC Concierge App and click the “Enter Lottery Now” button. Select the performance you want to attend and fill out the entry form. Make sure the name you enter matches the name on your photo ID. If you are a winner, you must present a valid, non-expired photo ID at the box office to pick up your tickets. Please note: We cannot accept photocopies of IDs nor can someone else use your ID.

Winners are chosen randomly and the number of lottery winners vary by show and by performance.

Seats are assigned at the discretion of the Box Office and cannot be transferred to other people or performances.

All lottery ticket sales are final.

If you win, the only cost you pay is for your ticket(s). There is no charge to enter the lottery.

You may enter a lottery for a specific show date and time only once. Multiple entries for the same show date and time will not be accepted.

The “Enter Now” button will only appear once the lottery is open and accepting entries. Until a lottery is open it will be listed as “Upcoming.” The opening date and time of an upcoming lottery is listed under “Lottery Status.” If you are not seeing the “Enter Now” button after the lottery opening time, please refresh the page or try a different browser.

If this still does not work, you may want to try clearing the cache on your browser.

Winners are contacted by email within a few minutes of the closing time listed for the specific lottery you entered. This will vary by show and/or lottery. Winners have 60 minutes to purchase their tickets from the time the lottery closes.

You can check the status of your entry by clicking the “Check Lottery Status” button on the top of the lottery page (or enter your name and birthdate here).

If you win, you will receive an email with a link to make payment online. Major credit cards are accepted.

For most shows you have 60 minutes from the time the lottery closes to pay for your tickets, although this may vary per show. The lottery closing time is listed online at the time of entry as well as in the email confirming your entry. You will be notified shortly after the lottery closes so keep an eye on your email. Should you be selected as a winner, the payment deadline will be included in your winner notification email.

IMPORTANT: If you do not pay for your tickets by the deadline listed in your confirmation they will be released and re-sold.

If you win a lottery, pay, and receive your payment confirmation email, you can pick up your tickets at the Box Office no sooner than 30 minutes prior to showtime. You must present a photo ID matching the name on the lottery entry to pick up your tickets.

If you didn’t win, you can try your luck at the next available lottery or check with the TPAC Box Office to see if regularly priced single tickets to your selected performance are still available.
