Following his hit debut in 2017, Rob Lowe is bringing his tales of Hollywood to the TPAC stage on May 18 in his one-man show “Stories I Only Tell My Friends: Live!”

Lowe’s show gives audiences an inside look on his experiences with Hollywood, fame, fatherhood, marriage, and a life lived at the forefront of culture for four years. It is packed with witty fun and one-of-a-kind insights from his iconic career. In addition to the storytelling, the show will include a Q&A and plenty of insider film clips and photos. Broadway World raves, “The humor is first class, with the jokes and funny anecdotes keeping the audience in stitches for most of the night.”

From the Brat Pack to “The West Wing” to “Parks and Recreation” and beyond, Lowe brings his experiences to the stage in a way that Broadway World calls “as personable and charismatic of a presence onstage as he is onscreen.”

This one-man show is inspired by the success of Lowe’s two New York Times best-selling memoirs, “Stories I Only Tell My Friends” and “Love Life.”

“I decided to put what would be the third book into a show where I could go out directly to an audience and share and have an exchange with them directly. Frankly, I love meeting people, being out in front of them, hearing their comments. It’s really fun,” Lowe says.

Tickets for “Rob Lowe – Stories I Only Tell My Friends: LIVE!” go on sale on Friday, Feb. 22 at 10.a.m. at, by phone at 615-782-4040, and at the TPAC Box Office, 505 Deadrick St., in downtown Nashville.
