March 23, 2023 – Fire Alarm Disruption
On Thursday evening, there was a fire alarm activation during performances of Ain’t Too Proud (Jackson Hall), Champions of Magic (Polk Theater), and Nashville Rep’s invited dress rehearsal for Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (Johnson Theater).
Per protocol, TPAC Staff evacuated all patrons to help ensure their safety. Once the Metro Nashville Fire Department deemed the building safe and provided an “all clear,” patrons returned to the theaters and the shows resumed.
Shortly after performances resumed, a second fire alarm activated, and we evacuated patrons again. The TPAC Box Office will contact all ticket holders via email to provide more information. We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

- TPAC highly recommends that guests ages 2 years and older wear a mask in our venues when not actively eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status
- Patron health checks requiring a negative COVID-19 test and/or mask requirements may be required on a case-by-case basis
For most TPAC events, tickets are fully digital and accessible via your mobile device through the TPAC Concierge Mobile App. A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and most flexible way to receive and manage your tickets while increasing protection against fraud.
- Your app login information is the same as you use for TPAC.org
- Tickets are delivered to your mobile app 48 hours prior to show time
- Use the forwarding feature to transfer your tickets to a friend
If you chose to pick up your tickets in person, Will Call will be open 90 minutes before show time at the TPAC Box Office.
Those arriving at the theater doors after the start of the show may be held for the first available late seating break.
