The latest CARES Act legislation passed in December 2020 makes it easier than ever to donate to TPAC. If you choose the standard deduction on your 2021 taxes, you can deduct up to $300 in additional cash donations ($600 for joint filers) to qualifying 501(c)3 nonprofits like TPAC.

The bill also extends the temporary increase of the adjusted gross income limits for cash gifts through 2021 to 100% of AGI for individuals and 25% for corporations.
