BY PHONE –
Call TPAC Ticket Sales at 615-782-4040 Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT (Voicemails are monitored by Box Office staff on event days.)

IN PERSON –

Main Box Office window hours:

Monday – Friday: New hours effective January 2, 2023 – 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST
Weekends: Closed
Box offices for Jackson Hall, Polk Theater, Johnson Theater, and War Memorial Auditorium open 90 minutes prior to show time.

Delivery Methods: Tickets are delivered digitally to the TPAC Concierge App. or left at Will Call for night of show pickup.

All internet and telephone purchases are subject to handling fees.

What if I realize that I purchased tickets from a scalper?
