Internship Program:

TPAC's internship program offers college students and early-career professionals hands-on experience in arts administration, marketing, production, education, and community engagement. Interns work alongside industry professionals to develop valuable skills, explore career paths in the performing arts, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our audiences and community. The program is designed to cultivate the next generation of arts leaders through mentorship, collaboration, and real-world learning opportunities.
