Student Performances
To introduce enriching artistic experiences, TPAC’s Season for Young People presents local and nationally touring performances for thousands of students each year to complement curriculum objectives.
Education and Access celebrates the power of the performing arts to connect people, spark learning and well-being and strengthen communities. Through meaningful partnerships with schools, artists, community organizations and audiences, TPAC creates opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage with the arts in ways that are relevant, inspiring, and transformative.

Let’s get started!
To introduce enriching artistic experiences, TPAC’s Season for Young People presents local and nationally touring performances for thousands of students each year to complement curriculum objectives.
To develop sustainable afterschool theatre programs, TPAC’s Disney Musicals in Schools initiative provides multi- year instruction and resources to elementary and middle schools so they can present their very own Disney musical.
To celebrate the achievements of Tennessee’s top high school theatre performers, TPAC’s Spotlight Awards honor the individual, ensemble, and technical achievements of local rising artists as a regional affiliate of the Broadway League’s National High School Musical Theatre and Jimmy Awards program.
To inspire young students to try theatre, TPAC offers Summer Camps and Arts Adventures to build confidence while fostering self-expression in a fun and welcoming environment for creative exploration.
To deepen appreciation for the performing arts through behind-the-scenes learning experiences, TPAC's InsideOut program connects audiences with artists, productions, and creative processes through pre-show discussions, workshops, rehearsal excerpts, and special events that bring theatre to life beyond the stage.
To improve focus, motor skills, and confidence through interactive learning, Hocus Focus® uses simple magic tricks as educational interventions that support student success. Through Magic Therapy®, the same evidence-based methodology is applied in healthcare settings to help individuals achieve therapeutic, rehabilitative, and developmental goals.
To ensure inclusive participation in the performing arts for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, TPAC creates and connects opportunities with area non-profit organizations, universities, youth, family, and senior centers to provide subsidized or free tickets to those unable to access our programming.
