When the villainous “Headmaster” threatens the city with his trio of musical minions, it’s up to the time-bending Fortuna and her nerdy apprentice to save the day. With an eclectic orchestration and a “Scott Pilgrim” visual energy, this production is a high-octane comedy that proves opera can be as fun as your favorite graphic novel.*
