The TPAC Kids Club is a free program that helps children and families discover the exciting world of the performing arts. Members receive special opportunities to learn, create and engage with theatre beyond the stage, including early access to select education programs, exclusive Kids Club activities at family performances and fun surprises throughout the year.
From discovering how shows are made to meeting TPAC's cast of Kids Club characters, members can explore the many people, skills and creative ideas that bring performances to life. Arts Adventure: When I Grow Up
Ages 9 - 13
Big dreams start with a little imagination! Inspired by the musical Matilda, participants will sing, dance, and explore what it takes to bring a musical theatre number to life. TPAC teaching artists will guide students through vocal and dance techniques inspired by songs from the show while encouraging them to make bold character choices and perform with confidence.
From dreaming about who you’ll be when you grow up to finding your inner “revolting” spirit, young performers will have a blast building their musical theatre skills, working together as an ensemble, and telling a story through song and movement.

Arts Adventure: A Few of My Favorite Things
Ages 10 - 14
Get ready to fill the room with music! Inspired by The Sound of Music, participants will explore vocal techniques through songs and themes from the beloved musical. TPAC teaching artists will guide students through healthy singing habits, breath support, blending, harmony, and musical expression while helping them build confidence in their voices.
Our performers will have the chance to sing together as an ensemble, explore how music helps tell a story, and discover just how much fun it can be to make music with others. This workshop is perfect for students ready to strengthen their vocal skills and let their voices soar!

The Sound of Music
For 65 years, THE SOUND OF MUSIC has been one of our “favorite things.” With its timeless story and irresistibly charming score, this Rodgers & Hammerstein classic isn’t just meant to be enjoyed - it’s meant to be shared. Now, a critically acclaimed North American tour brings the cherished musical to stages across the country to teach a new generation to sing.
Directed by three-time Tony Award® winner Jack O’Brien (Hairspray), this vibrant and romantic tale of Maria and the von Trapp family will captivate audiences with its universal themes of love, resilience and the power of music.

Día de los Muertos

Nashville's Nutcracker
Pirouette into the perfect winter season with Middle Tennessee’s favorite holiday tradition, Nashville’s Nutcracker! Featuring Tchaikovsky’s enduringly iconic score performed live by the Nashville Symphony, this Emmy Award-winning retelling takes you on a uniquely-Nashville adventure filled with swirling snowflakes, whimsical wonders, and timeless storytelling. From the sweetest Sugar Plum Fairy to the tiniest baby mouse, this heartwarming holiday ballet is sure to delight audiences of all ages. Frozen

Wild Kratts Live 2.0: Activate Creature Power!
WILD KRATTS – LIVE! is a theatrical stage show based on the hit animated television series Wild Kratts. Martin and Chris Kratt, stars of the Emmy-nominated Wild Kratts, step out live on stage to engage the audience in a classic Wild Kratts story! Martin and Chris are sure to keep you entertained as they activate some fan favorite Creature Power Suits and go “Off to the Creature Rescue!” With the help of the Wild Kratts team - and their audience members - the Kratt Brothers confront a comic villain and help bring the creatures of the animal world to safety once again! Experience, live-on-stage, the astounding “creature” fundamentals, and the infectious excitement and inspiring quest of the Kratt Brothers that make the hit television series Wild Kratts so popular with kids and their families.
Cinderella
A courageous young woman searching for her destiny and a handsome prince searching for the owner of a glass slipper unite in this charming fairytale ballet. Nashville Ballet Artistic Director Emeritus Paul Vasterling’s glittering rendition of Cinderella returns, performed for the first time in TPAC’s Jackson Hall with live music by the Nashville Symphony. Perfect for audience members of all ages, this enchanting story proves that with a gentle nudge from a Fairy Godmother (and a little magic), we can make our own dreams come true.
Pilobolus: Trips
Embark on an imaginative adventure with Pilobolus’ Trips, a family-friendly performance that blends breathtaking athleticism, creative storytelling, and playful humor. This seamless journey moves through fantastical worlds and emotional landscapes, captivating audiences of all ages with gravity-defying movement and striking visual imagery.
