Event Details
CreatiVets proudly presents Scars to Scripts, a powerful evening of original storytelling and music created by veterans. Through screenplays and songs inspired by their lived experiences, participants transform stories of service, sacrifice, resilience, and recovery into deeply moving works of art. Each piece is brought to life by a cast of professional actors, musicians, and creative mentors, with special guest performers to be announced.
More than a performance, Scars to Scripts is a celebration of courage, connection, and the enduring strength of the veteran community. Through the power of storytelling, music, and live performance, this unforgettable evening creates space for veterans’ voices to be heard, honored, and understood while highlighting the role the arts can play in healing, identity, and human connection.
This presentation is a licensed event and not affiliated directly with the nonprofit Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
