Event Details
Join us before the show as we discuss the history behind the Broadway touring production of Suffs and learn how the show was brought to life. Rebecca Price from Nashville Public Library’s Special Collections will share the important Tennessee history with the 19th Amendment, and Suffs producers Jill Furman and Rachel Sussman will give us the inside story of the show’s creation and journey to Broadway.The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Christin Essin, Vanderbilt University Professor of Theatre History.
